In 2020 the 25-year lease for the FBO property occupied by Magnum Aviation expired. At the expiration of the lease, the County purchased the above-ground fuel tank from Magnum, entered into a six-year agreement with San Martin Aviation for the FBO building, and took over management of 57 hangars that had previously been governed by a ground lease between the hangar occupants and the FBO leaseholder.
